Achieving accurate and rapid diagnosis is another aspect that we pride ourselves on here at Lakeshore Road Animal Hospital. Our hospital is equipped with an In-House, state-of-the-art Laboratory, that enables our team to quickly perform diagnostic tests on a range of body fluids such as ear swabs, blood, urine, feces, etc.
This is especially important in very ill pets, as well as those requiring immediate or emergency treatment. That’s not to say all samples can be analyzed in-house. When combining our in-house laboratory with our outside laboratory services, a full comprehensive laboratory evaluation is achieved. There are times when further testing will need to be sent out to our laboratory, in which quick results are still obtained.
